Stratacon offer Permanent and Contract services:

Permanent Services:

1. Contingent Assignment.

The Contingent model is the traditional avenue of recruitment used by most clients for their day to day recruitment needs. The client is only invoiced if a candidate is hired through Stratacon's service.

2. Retained Assignment.

The Retained model is delivered to a client that has a more demanding recruitment need which will require tailored, structured search. The client is traditionally charged one-third of the recruitment fee on commencement of the search; one-third on delivery of short list; and the final third on successful placement of a candidate.

Contract Services:

With fluctuating workloads and special projects, many companies now seek the flexibility and cost efficiency of contract staff to meet their changing needs. Stratacon has a database of experienced contract specialists in a range of disciplines who can provide a temporary management or staffing solution. Our contract specialists are available for short or long term projects to allow you to meet your staffing needs without committing to permanent employment.
